Crafts and me

Hi!!

From Crafts and me comes Perched at Dusk which is the name of the digi I used for my card. The sentiment is new ( Cattie, I know I am not allowed to buy things yet, but this is different, it is a text I am gonne use for my blog candy card! Which is another budget!! hugs and kisses! :)  ) and is from Magnolia.

What is a little fun with this digi, is that when I googled I couldn´t find any cards using this stamp. I guess there is some out there, but at least my search couldn´t find any. So it feels new and fresh! There is a stamp where there is a female fairy on a bird, which I have seen on a couple of cards. She is lovely too, but it was the male I fell for this time. :)

On the leafs I have painted with Titan White acrylic color.

A little goth

Hi!

I hope you are all well enjoying spring wherever you are! Here it is starting to get a little difficult for me to be outside for some time now, with all the pollen that starts to pop in this fine weather... So I guess that is why I made this girl with red eyes, I have that too! :)

From Scrapper´s Delights comes this little goth girl. Evelin is her name. Ofcourse I wanted some darker colors for her. I colored her with my ProMarkers. The flowers are made of "aluminium tejp"(swedish name) and cut out with retro stanses from Ek Success. The paper with skulls is from Skogstokiga. The sentiment is from Gingers house and I think it fits this little girl perfect! The beautiful dotted button is from WOC. I usually forgets I have them, but not this time!

Fairy

Hi!

Today I want to share a card I created with one of the fairies I chose when I won over at Whoopsi Daisy! I usually go for their sweet little girly images, but this time, I went for a little more mature look! Layers is a good challenge, because it makes such a differense to the card, it looks a lot more worked with, with more layers. But even tho I know this, I actually forgets to work with layers rather often. Even tho I love that in cards! So now I took the opportunity to think about it in this card!!
I have used my ProMarkers to color this image. And I let the beautiful paper with blue and cream stripes from Maja Design to inspire my colors.

Tilda with many hearts

Hi!

Inspired by Zoe from Make it Crafty, who colored Tilda with many hearts in the latest edition of Magnolia Ink (by request from me!) I had to dig my old stamp out and try coloring her up again. I also used one of my new birds from Prima (oh no, it isn´t from my blog candy, I bought one for me too!). I was inspired by Simon Says.. I played some bingo! And this is the result!

No sentiment this time, since I think the image and the charm speaks for the card. The charm say "Made with Love" if it is to small to read.

A card with spring colours

Hi!

I wanted to do something lighter again! And color on kraft! That was fun, I gonne do that again!
My stamp is from Lili of the Valley. My sentiment stamp says "Kram" which means hug!

This card was originally going to be a card for Sassy Studio Designs. But when I was doing it, I logged into Paper Planet, and saw "my card already there"! One in the designteam had done more or less exactly like I planned to do!! That has never happened before that I and someone else do the exact same layout. It was one or two details that wasn´t a match! So I never put it together. Instead it became a spring card with this cute fairy!

Pirates again!

Ohoy!
I wanted badly to participate in Forever Night Challenges last week. They had pirate theme! But instead I got the flue, but my wish to create a darker card and with pirate theme was still there! So when they now have the bling theme, I can chose Pirates again!! I just hope you are not tired of them by now! (Who can be tired of pirates?!)

My digital stamp is from Sassy Studio Designs. And so is one of the sentiments (xoxo). The other sentiment is from Marion82, link in my sidebar. The paper is from Skogstokiga. To bad we can´t see so much of them, it is 2 different papers with dead skulls. Then I have added twine and "öljetter" (don´t know the english name). My card is once again center step card, love his folding! Link to: splitcoaststampers tutorial!

Saturated Canary

Hi!

This is a digital stamp from Saturated Canary that was a freebie some time ago. She is soo sweet and it is nice to use stamps more than once, it is so much easier to color them the second time! And the lovely paper was in the goodiebag at Linköpingsscrap this weekend. I love them, they are from Maja Design. The sentiment is from Sassy Studio Designs.

This first photo is taken only in daylight. I think the colors might be a little to grey, but almost the true colors.

We have better daylight in Sweden now, so I am gonne try and use it for photos, when I can.

This photo is taken in the shine of the lamp. I think it is a little to yellow.

Leprechaun-3 from Scrapper´s Delights!

Hi!

This is Leprechaun 3 who is a sweet little girl finding gold at the end of the rainbow! That would be something, right? I colored her with Promarkers, to bad I am not feeling well atm, I have the flue. Not my usual patience, even if I did this card in many tiny steeps. Oh well, I am already feeling a lot better, so it is on the right way. You might think it is strange I wasn´t in bed when having fever, well, the question is easy to answer. My girl was sick too, and I think you know how a 3 year old is when she is sick?! Not an easy task to manage when not being well myself. So the easiest way was to do things with her like coloring and stuff.

I like how the sentiments matches the digital stamp so well! Janice over at Scrapper´s Delights is very talented!

Aquamarkers!

Hi! At the scrap event, I bought aquamarkers from Cicci, and here is my first card using them! It was so fun to color with them, and it is really a different technic from my usual promarkers! But new challengs is fun! right? The digital stamps I have used is both from Make it Crafty and is digitaly masked.

I have just come home!

Hi!
I have just come home from the event I attended! So fun, but I am a little tired now. I was so lucky and won a challenge, but now to the more important part:
I have bought some things for you! You will have to wait until tomorrow to see what I picked out! I bought the same to me, they where soooo beautiful, hope you think the same!

Oh, and when I looked in my blogg, another surprised waited here at home! I won over at Whoopsi Daisy! They liked my card with pastel colors! I feel so happy and honnored!

Do you have a suggestion for a blog candy?

I think it is time for a new blog candy to celebrate I have reached 100 followers! You all are the best!! Your nice comments and support really makes me happy!

I will start it next week, because what I will have in my candy, I will buy this weekend. So this is a post where I would like to hear suggestions what I should buy on the scrap event I am going to this weekend. I think there will be 2 shops at least to buy from. They have normal scrapbooking stuff, I hope! :) So what should I buy to my lovely followers? Lace, stamps, buttons, charms or what other items would you like to win? I like to hear your oppinion. Pastel Colours

Hi!

Oh this was a difficult challenge! Pastel colours! I colored with Pastel green, Pastel pink and Pastel yellow (for her hair). Oh my! I rarely use this colors so I had to dig deep to find paper to match! But it is fun, I love to try out things that isn´t in my comfort zone! My digital stamp is from Whoopsi Daisy, she is soo cute! I am sure my daughter will love her! And finaly I got some use of my pastel pink pearls that has been teasing me like... forever! :) I think this is my first time trying out pink and green too...

For us not going to Karlstad for the big scrap-even, some people on Svensk Scrapbooking have created a mini crop. I was inspired to do a layout! And this is me and my fiance you see on the picture. And I am not tiny, he is tall! :)

Ohoy Matey!

Hi!

This is Penny Pirate from Sassy Studio Designs, which is the second stamp I choose when I won 2 digital stamps. She is sooo fun to color and I like it how it is already a scene created.
Flowers are from Magnolia and Prima. I have colored with my Promarkers.

It starts to really feel like spring in Sweden. Sun is shining and the days becomes brighter. I like that. Maybe it is time to start create Easter cards? :)

I have just started to like using kraft as base for the card. I think it was a Sassy Studio Design Challenge who made me start doing that. :)
