Soon Valentine`s Day

Hi all!

I had to make a girly card after my humour card. Even though I like to change styles, and liked my humour card, here comes something pink!!

The image is from Scrapper´s Delight. She was so fun to color, and it took me some time. Actually I colored one part at the time, and left her to return another day or later, to be able to focus better on each part. The ticket is from Marion82, When the fun hits the scrap.

Hi all!

This is a card I have been thinking on for a while, but never created since it isn´t girly, magic or even tiny winy pink... So when Passion for ProMarkers is having this theme, I couldn´t resist. And then I saw time is running out, so I had to do it now. So here it is. Image and sentiment is from Create with TLC. The net is to symbolize a rescue net, I think he needs it. ;)

Something new

Hi all!

Over at Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge blog they have the challenge "Something new". And since Santa was really nice this (oh, last year!) I got a lot of new stuff. For example, all the flowers in this card. The cardstock is from Magnolia, and is also new. The pin is new, I made it with pearls I got for Christmas. And this die with the butterflie, also from Magnolia, is new.This is also the first time I use Lil Fashionette - 50's Lilith from Tickled Pink Stamps.

The sentiment is from Create with TLC.

I feel blue without you

Hi all!

I thought Tilda looked so lonely and sad in this stamp, that I had to do a blue card. And I made a shadow on her left side to make it look like she is leaning towards a wall.
The pin I have on this card, I have created by the pearls I got for christmas. It is fun to create own pins, I do need to buy some better pearls and material for it tho. Will have to look around on the net and see what I can find.

Tilda with hanging rabbit is the name of this stamp. And i got it recently, but I have wanted it for some time.

I have "liftat" Maya

Hi all!

I don´t know if there is an english term for lifta... Lifta is when you get inspired by someone and try and do something from that inspiration. It is a lot harder than I first thought. Usually I get inspiration from the stamp I am coloring and choose paper after that. This time I had the finished creation before I even started...tricky! So even if this looks easy it took me a while to figure out how to manage this.

Maya have created a bookmark for inspiration in Tickled Pink Challenges. And that bookmark is what I have lifted. Her bookmarks is here: Maya. Her bookmark is a little cooler than mine. :)

And when talking about Tickled Pink Challenges, I am so happy that I got a new blinkie today. Thank you sweet girls over at Tickled Pink. :)

Brown and green

Hi all!

Inspired by the challenge over at NSS I wanted to try (a for me) new colorcombination. Brown and green. And I was also curious on my new stamp from Kenny K. Capt Locke is really fun to color. The flower comes from the Magnolia store. Bliss ticket from TH. The metal decoration is one of the things I bought from Johanna. Love them all!

Love is in the air!

Hi all!

Can you feel it? Love is in the air! And for us in this world of scrapbooking, we start to think a little earlier than the rest, on occations to come such as Valentines day, don´t we? When I created this card, I was huming on "Love is in the air". So this card fits Passion for ProMarkers challenge very well. And I always colors with ProMarkers, since I don´t have anything else to color with! :) This is my first challenge over at Tickled Pink Stamps, and I got to pick a challenge from the year. I chickened and chose "Anything goes", even tho I think there was a challenge with Pink, and this card could fit in there too! :)

Anything goes

Hi all!

As my titel say, anything goes over at Scrapper´s Delights. So I took the oppurtunity to create another card with this gorgeous angel, that I bought last month. This time I wanted to color her wings, and I think that suits her well. :)

And I love these tickets!! I have used Love ticket from TH on this card. These tickets really goes on any kind of card! So usful!

My first blog candy!

Thank you to all of my followers!

It is about time that I have my very first blog candy! I recieved 2 dies of the same sort this Christmas. So what is better than to share one with you? It is because of you, my dear followers, that I try to develop as a scrapbooker. And your lovely comments makes me so happy, I often smile when reading them.

So what did I recieve 2 of? Tim Holtz - Alterations- Tiny Tabs & Tags. I opened both so it is opened, but unused.

13 of February 2011, almost a year ago, I created my very first card. So that date is special to me. My blog candy will end then. Later on, I will draw the winner randomly. :)

With owls from Hero Arts

Hi all!

This week over at The Shabby Tea Room they have the theme "Time Flies"! And it does! So we need to "Carpe diem"! These wise owls seams to do that! This stamp is really old and is from Hero Arts. I bought it a long time before I become a cardmaker. I love to be inspired by photos. It is different, since I want to capture the feeling in the photo. It is fun.

We should also use something with wings. I have both owls from the stamp and added some butterflies. It was nice to let them out after some winter rest.

This metal flower is nice. I bought this one from Johanna. It was only one, so I have to find a place to buy more.

Something Old, Something New

Hi all!

When I saw the challenge over at Paper Sundaes, I know exactly what to do! I picked up the paper from Magnolia with the suitable name Something Old, Something New :)
This Thilda is called Scarecrow Thilda and she is a new stamp to me. :) I have colored her with promarkers and added glitter on her hat and gloves. The bees is pink. Pretty normal, don´t you think?! The swirl is one of my oldest dies. But still very useful! This lovely Prima flower is pretty new too. I really love them. Hope ticket is ofcourse from Tim Holtz. Leaf and brown flower was won in a blog candy. Yummy.

I like this new stamp, it was fun to color!

I have changed address

Hi all!

I have changed address on my website, so while I (and J, mostly J...) work to get it sorted some links and other things might be broken. My old website is still up and running, but I will start to use my new address shortly. I lost all my links to friends and challenges, but have picked most of them up.
