Mega Christmas Challenge - Passion for ProMarkers

It is time! The big Mega Christmas Challenge over at Passion for ProMarkers.

This week we are launching our very special Mega Christmas challenge which runs for a whole month and ends on January 7th 2014!  I’m sure you’ll agree that both design teams have worked extremely hard once again this year and they deserve a little break to catch up on their last minute gifts and cards.  However to make up for the lack of challenges we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Our theme for the Mega Christmas challenge is a nice easy one “include a sentiment”.  You are welcome to make Christmas cards but as the challenge will still be running after the ‘BIG’ day you can of course make any type of creation as long as it includes a sentiment of some kind.  As time is precious for our DT at this time of year we are limiting the number of entries you can make to just 3 for this month long challenge.  Please remember to be eligible for our prizes you must use your promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, metallic or aqua markers.

And ofcourse I have made a Christmas card for you to get inspired by. And this year I have sooo much to do so I had to make a more CAS Christmas card than usual. But for people who isn´t cardmakers it can be very good idea to give CAS cards because to much embellis can just be to much when not used to look at homemade cards.

God Jul means Merry Christmas if you don´t know swedish. :)

Magnolia card :)

Hi!

This is one of my favorite stamps at the moment! She is soo fun to color! Even in black and white! I saw the gorgeous card Louise had made for Magnolia Down Under and from that challenge I combined a couple of others and made my card to a winter birthday card. Just for fun! I have no idea who to give it to, maybe to my old friend Maria who´s birthday is 28 of december. :)

She is soo sweet! Love her! I have colored her with my ProMarkers.

Flower Fairy Tilda in soft colors

Oh yes, I can color in soft colors too, but it is really hard for me not to continue the coloring! :)
This time I got to play with flexmarkers from letraset too! They feelt really nice in the hand!
Most dies is from Magnolia, the wings is from La-La Land craft and I really like them. They are good at cutting too!

Time for Magnolia!

Hi my friends!

I am a busy little bee, so I haven´t had much time for playing around lately. But today I took me some time and the stamp I have for motif on this card is from the Magnolia Ink a couple of numbers back. I think she is soo sweet and she was pure joy to color up!

I wanted to be inspired to this card, so I looked around some challenge blogs to see what they could give me as idéas. And I would like to mention some of them: Magnolia-licious had this wonderful picture! I took the black bridge and gave it the frame to my card and the blue sky for the characters colors. 

At the corrosive challenge we are to use pins! And I love pins, I sometimes forgot them, and I wouldn´t had put it here without you over at the challenge blog, so I am happy for all the inspiration!

And when I looked at lovely Hänglar and Stänglars blog, I just know what lace to add, and also where! Thank you!

And one of my favorite challenges is Passion for ProMarkers, and they had favorite combo colors! A nice one, and mine is still blue and brown. For some reason many cards is in this color scheme. :)

And stampin for the weekend had this girlie theme! Fits me perfectly this time! Thank you!

Isn´t these flowers just beautiful? White a pearl in them.

Today is the birthday of my dauhter! Ofcourse I had to create a card for her! :) It is a stair step card. They are always a little more difficult make justice too, when taking a photo. But very fun to create!

Something Old, Something New

Hi all!

When I saw the challenge over at Paper Sundaes, I know exactly what to do! I picked up the paper from Magnolia with the suitable name Something Old, Something New :)
This Thilda is called Scarecrow Thilda and she is a new stamp to me. :) I have colored her with promarkers and added glitter on her hat and gloves. The bees is pink. Pretty normal, don´t you think?! The swirl is one of my oldest dies. But still very useful! This lovely Prima flower is pretty new too. I really love them. Hope ticket is ofcourse from Tim Holtz. Leaf and brown flower was won in a blog candy. Yummy.

I like this new stamp, it was fun to color!

Oh how fun it is to mask! I am not sure if i have done it before... my memory fails me, but at least i have now! Fun fun fun! This is my latest stamps from Magnolia. She has dropped her egg, i think it is a perfect card to say I am sorry. And once again, purple. :)

Hm.. It feels it is August. When i took this photo, the flash went off... So i couldn´t really make it justice, the stamps pop out more in RL. But i dont think it is blurry anyway. :)

Magnolia card with stitching!

Challenge nr 8 - Stitching, Real or Faux is the one i would like to enter with this card.
And my stitching is faux. :)
I have used a Tilda i havent used before (it is always so much fun using new stamps!) and wonderful flowers from WOC. The paper comes from Magnolia. My rinestones comes from Panduro. My band of pearls comes from... eh.. it was something that was left over when i installed my new "shelf" for cards. :)

It is a little harder to make cards to men, since I dont want to make them to pretty. Blue and brown fits perfect! But hard to still get the card to look nice...
